Senior Network Manager, HSBC Technology & Services (USA) Inc., New York, NY:
Providing comprehensive stakeholder support to Global Relationship Managers, client support teams, operational and product development departments. Supplying in-depth technical expertise and market insights on international securities markets within scope. Contributing specialized knowledge to industry surveys and client RFP responses. Engaging with operational teams to evaluate agent bank operational performance. Serving as a primary contact for serious issue escalation between internal stakeholders and agent banks. Overseeing and managing assigned Agent Relationships. Leading pricing assessments and Service Level Agreement reviews. Coordinating and monitoring cross-regional projects and initiatives. Collaborating with Peer Network Managers to compile and update detailed due diligence documentation and trip notes for review by Compliance and auditors. Conducting efficiency evaluations of agent banks to ensure optimal service quality is delivered consistently for all external and internal clients. Monitor market and regulatory updates in assigned markets (Spanish LATAM) to ensure accuracy of information and that the impacted stakeholders are updated in a timely manner. Assist with escalations of queries and requests that may get delayed due to language challenges (Spanish to English).
Telecommuting permitted up to 3 days per week.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week. Pay Range: $157,092.00 to $167,092.00 per year.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk or a related field and 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in a Markets and Securities Services or Risk or Network Management.
Must have 5 years of experience in compliance, risk, audit or control related roles.
Must have 3 years of experience in:
- Operations, cash management, relationship management, global custody, broker dealer industry or network management.
- International securities and cash clearing and settlement practices, rules and regulations.
- Reviewing and analyzing regulatory changes affecting securities services to assess operational impact and ensure compliance.
- Utilizing risk management systems to monitor audit findings, perform due diligence reviews, and log risk-related issues.
- Internal audit frameworks and procedures, including reviewing audit reports and maintaining evidence for compliance.
- Monitoring and analyzing costs, revenues, and financial aspects of securities services, including P&L, pricing, and budgeting.
- Handling risk and compliance matters within securities services, ensuring accurate information flow and mitigation of operational issues.
International and domestic travel required up to 6%.
Must demonstrate written and oral fluency in LATAM language, Spanish.
