Join our high-performing recruitment team supporting the Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) business. In this role, you will partner closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to deliver top-tier recruitment strategies for mid-to-senior level lateral roles across all of CIB in the US. You will play a key role in shaping the talent agenda by identifying, engaging, and hiring the best talent in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
As a CIB Recruiter, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting while supporting strategic hiring initiatives, including but not limited to:
- Execute recruitment strategies that align with CIB’s business priorities and hiring goals
- Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs and job requirements
- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, from intake to offer, ensuring a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience
- Manage sourcing campaigns using LinkedIn, direct outreach, and other platforms to attract top passive talent
- Build and maintain pipelines of diverse candidates for current and future openings
- Collaborate with other recruiters and coordinators to ensure timely and accurate execution of recruitment processes
- Deliver consistent reporting and insights on hiring progress and pipeline status to internal stakeholders
- Ensure all recruiting activity complies with legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements
- Proactively recommend process improvements to enhance hiring efficiency and experience
- Promote HSBC’s employer brand and EVP in the external talent market
We’re looking for experienced recruiters who bring a balance of operational execution and relationship management. You’ll likely have:
- Strong corporate recruiting experience, ideally within financial services or a highly regulated industry
- Proven ability to deliver full-cycle recruitment, including stakeholder management, sourcing, interviewing, and offer processes
- Experience partnering with senior leaders to drive hiring decisions
- Familiarity with institutional hiring, including roles in Global Banking & Markets (GB&M) or CIB environments
- A proactive approach to sourcing, with strong Boolean search and passive talent engagement skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles at once while maintaining high quality and attention to detail
- Strong communication, organization, and reporting skills
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed organization

Your final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and several variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location
