  • Coordinate with partner teams for product-specific support (e.g., wires, FX (Foreign Exchange), online banking, capital call lines of credit)
  • Educate internal partners on VC client characteristics (management companies, fund structures, operating models) to improve service outcomes

  • Identify and engage the right partners across HSBC’s global network to solve client needs, staying actively involved until resolution
  • Assess current processes and influence change to improve client experience, scalability, and operational efficiency
  • Support ongoing risk monitoring in line with Global Standards, including AML (Anti Money Laundering) & Sanctions-related matters; act as an escalation point as needed
  • Partner with Relationship Managers and clients to address operational risk topics (overdrafts, NSF (Non-Sufficient Funds), fraud, etc)
  • Ensure consistent application of Group Policy and adherence to regulatory, financial, and legal standards to minimize business and reputational risk

You´ll likely have the following qualifications to succeed in this role:

  • Relevant experience in Commercial Banking, Cash Management, Private Equity/Venture Capital, fund services, or similar
  • Experience in relationship management/support, client service, investor services, onboarding/implementation, or similar

  • Familiarity with KYC/onboarding workflows and cash management products (payments, online banking, FX)
