The Analyst, Global Trade & Receivables Finance (GTRF) Transactions Services will provide specialized trade finance operations support: handling incoming and outgoing couriers’ documents processing; spitting, scanning and routing documents through an images system to core processing areas; reviewing and responding to swift messages for Core trade transactions
As our GTS Services Analyst you will:
• Process operation documents background of handling Core trade documents
• Handle import and export documents - scanning, Split, classify, and prepare documents for scanning to respective core processing area
• Ensure accurate records maintenance and proper filing of original documents for all transactions
• Retrieve, record, and distribute incoming swift messages to relevant processing teams
• Triage urgent documents, meet strict delivery or processing deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Effectively communicate with processing team and client manages to ensure seamless and timely documents flow
• Manage the reconciliation of un-process documents
• Monitor Closely & daily QA of Document management team documents
• Process Core trade documents capturing data as per Global Operation procedure
• Follow-up WDM and HTS outstanding & breached item notification with unit & escalate to management
• Review various exception reports to ensure exceptions are understood and resolved
• Proactively respond to queries related to LC processing, from various stakeholders
You´ll likely have the following qualifications to succeed in this role:
• Minimum of an associate’s degree in business, related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience in document management and GTRF Trade operations experience or equivalent
• Some knowledge of Commercial letter of credit and documents processing
• Basic payment processing skills
• Strong demonstrated Excel and reporting skills
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
• Organizational, communications and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with initiative to take on new responsibilities
• Knowledge and experience in banking operations/transaction processing, operational risk, and customer service

Your final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and several variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.
