You’ll help shape and deliver HSBC’s investment advisory proposition for Private Banking and Wealth clients. As a member of the Advisoty team, working with CIO, Portfolio Management, Product, and Technology, you’ll promote the tools, programs, and content that enable Advisors to deliver high-quality advice, portfolio analytics and implementation, and client reporting—within a strong risk and control framework.
As our Advisory Specialist - Sales Enablement, you will:
- Support the commercialization of Advisory programs, helping Advisors deliver net new money goals and asset retention
- Partner with Portfolio Managers and CIO teams on model portfolios and portfolio implementation
- Coordinate with long only and alternative manager research teams and product specialists to identify suitable implementation ideas
- Collaborate with the Global Advisory team to deliver investment content, client proposals, and training
- Define a roadmap and key deliverables for the Advisory proposition, including product enhancements
- Identify use cases, improvements, and deficiencies across the investment journey—acting as the voice of internal and external clients
- Engage stakeholders across Front Office, Sales Supervision, Governance, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and IT
- Present at local and global governance committees and secure required approvals
- Ensure smooth operation of Advisory platforms and proposition within a robust risk & control framework
- Maintain Advisory-related procedures and documentation
You´ll likely have the following skills to succeed in this role:
- Demonstrable experience in Asset Management or Wealth Management, with a strong track record of delivering investment advisory and implementation outcomes
- Strong knowledge of investments, asset allocation, and portfolio construction
- Experience with wealth management platforms
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and presentation skills
- Series 7 and Series 66 (or S63 and S65) required
- MBA or CFA preferred
- Product management experience is a plus

Your final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and several variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.
