We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join the Wealth and Personal Banking team.
Principal Responsibilities
- Customer onboarding and relationship management at HIFSL NBFC performed through the following tasks:
- Meeting LAS (loan against securities) needs of customers referred by INM Top-tier and Premier teams
- Managing end-to-end customer lifecycle at HIFSL –
- Offering product solutions in line with customer requirements,
- Structuring the loan/collaterals,
- Loan pricing,
- Developing and getting loan proposals approved,
- Onboarding the customer,
- Supporting ongoing transactions and servicing,
- Keeping the customer informed on the loan account, collateral securities etc.
- Meeting relevant policies and procedures and governance standards
- Delivering on expected customer experience standards
- Timely renewals of existing sanctioned limits.
- Hygiene to maintained.
Role Requirements / Education Qualifications / Certifications / Experience:
- Graduate or a post graduate degree such as MBA or professional qualification like CA
- Relevant working experience/understanding in a front line or business function. Experience in wealth management/capital market, lending products etc. is preferred
- 10 years or more of work experience in lending industry
Note:

Eligibility Criteria
- HIFSL employees will be eligible to apply to this role after completion of 12 months in the current role/position at the time of application on level transfer and/or promotion.
- Entity Employees (not from HIFSL) to be guided by their internal policy on tenure completion in current role at the time of application before applying and share line manager approval once shortlisted.
- Pro-tip : Familiarity with AI-enabled tools is an advantage.
