We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Banking Operations Officer.    

Job Duties:

• Support daily operations in respective area, such as corporate account opening, maintenance and local regulatory system reporting.
• Provide quality services to customers.
• Ensure that all routine tasks are handled properly and efficiently by following internal procedure manual as well as relevant regulations.
• Prepare daily reports for related parties, e.g. PBOC and SAFE.
• Handle ad hoc data clean up, prepare periodic / ad hoc reports as required by the management and / or regulators from time to time. 

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 year’s relevant experience, preferably in branch operations.
• Sound knowledge of the regulations of PBOC and SAFE
• Strong customer service orientation, and good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with good knowledge of PC application software
• Bank trade service related working experience is a plus
