We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven leader to design and deliver market-leading customer propositions that enhance customer value, deepen engagement, and drive growth across key banking segments.

 

 

 

Principal Responsibilities :

 

 

  • Develop differentiated, insight-led customer propositions informed by market trends, competitive positioning, and customer needs.
  • Define and execute proposition strategy that increases customer value across the lifecycle — from Basic to Premier to Private Banking.
  • Design and optimize end-to-end customer journeys to deliver friction-free, best-in-class experiences.
  • Leverage data, analytics, and AI to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and portfolio quality.
  • Translate strategic priorities into clear execution plans with measurable business outcomes.
  • Partner across product, digital, marketing, analytics, and frontline teams to deliver commercial impact.
  • Deliver high-impact executive presentations that translate strategy into action.
  • Drive innovation and identify new opportunities to strengthen competitive differentiation.

 

 

 

Qualifications:

 

 

  • Proven experience in customer strategy, propositions, or segment management within banking, wealth, or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation and lifecycle value creation.
  • Highly data-driven with strong analytical and commercial judgement.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate across multiple customer segments and value pools.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
