Principal Responsibilities
- Execute Resourcing Strategy to fulfill business / function’s strategic goals through a range of resourcing projects including frameworks and policies for planning future hiring needs, internal sourcing approaches, selection and assessment, mobility and alumni processes
- Stakeholder management
- Updated with current Market Intel
- Maintains a strong candidate pool through resourcing mapping and graduate and mid-career events to support future business hiring needs
- Supports the end-to-end recruitment process and facilitate the completion of forecasted recruitment demand
- Identifies trends and feedback and provides inputs for Senior manager’s consideration to adjust resourcing, attraction, assessment and selection strategies
- Develops close working relationships with larger HR team and Business Line Managers to build an in-depth understanding of resourcing issues and requirements.
- Increases customer satisfaction through better quality of hires and improved candidate experience
- Drive initiatives related to Diversity related hiring for the Bank.

Qualifications
Experience
- 10 years of proven recruiting experience, or equivalent within the Banking and Financial Services industry .
- Preferably a Post graduate degree in Human Resource Management from a premier business school
- Significant resourcing / HR experience and track record of working in partnership with senior management and other HR colleagues in an intellectually demanding environment
- High levels of initiative and business acumen, strong consultative, interpersonal, and communication skills and an ability to drive change
- Proven track record of process and operational management
- Solid business acumen and commercial awareness along with knowledge of the local employment related legislation.
- Proven ability to work under pressure within demanding timescales
- Excellent management planning ability with strong attention to details.
