Job Description:-

1. Coverage experience of NBFC, HFC, NBFC MFI and banks who are active in selling retail assets portfolio.
2. Structuring and portfolio analysis capabilities.
3. Sales experience and ability to originate and independently handle customers.
4. Ability to work across product suite of the division in business development, deal execution and operational aspects.
5. Ability to co-ordinate with the rating agencies, legal counsel, trustee, internal stakeholders etc. for the securitization transaction. 
6. Ability to work with different business divisions of the Bank, in order to facilitate outcomes for our division.
7. Ability to represent and manage senior stakeholders.

Broad Qualification

• Post-Graduation in Business Administration or any relevant Master’s Program degree, Engineering degree, CA, Data Analytics degree etc
• 10-15 years of experience having worked in BFSI sector especially Bank/NBFC/Rating agency.
• Strong origination and execution capabilities
• Understanding of securitization guidelines and structuring capabilities
• Understanding of PSL products and extant regulations
• Ability to front end with external customers and internal stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
