Role Purpose:

Responsible for supporting the effective delivery of Travel & Expense (T&E) operations across the ASP region, ensuring alignment with global policies, processes, and systems.   The role ensures alignment with the global supplier agreements and service standards,while balancing cost efficiency, compliance, sustainability,and traveller satisfaction.

Key objectives are to maintain high service quality, mitigate operational and reputational risks, and act as the primary regional interface between business stakeholders, suppliers, and global program leads.

Role Context:

  • Operates within a complex, highly matrixed organisations with interactions across global, regional and local teams
  • Works closely with multiple stakeholder groups across the business lines and geographies
  • The T&E environment is subject to ongoing system enhancements, policy updates, audit requirements and evolving business needs
  • Operates within a strong governance and regulatory framework
  • While strategic direction is provided by the Head of Travel & Events and Regional Leads, the role holder is expected to operate with a high level of autonomy in managing communications, and co-ordinating cross regional activities

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to engage across all levels and functions
  • Strong understanding of T&E opeational processes and governance
  • Ability to identify and address process inefficiencies through data analysis and reporting
  • Skilled in supporting change management initiativies
  • Stong organisational skills with attention to detail in maintaining up to date documentation and process materials
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a globally aligned team
  • Confident in managing competing priorities and responding effectively to dynamic business needs
