Principal Responsibilities
- Ensure delivery of individual financial and non-financial targets.
- Originate new business opportunities and create a strong, healthy robust pipeline
- Be responsible for new sales revenue and the retention and growth of existing clients and income aligned to an allocated portfolio.
- Support the wider GPS team with specific clients and initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of clients from within Corporate & Institutional Banking to influence buying behaviours.
- Ensure compliance with GPS Sales procedures and practices
- Proactively cross-sell the full range of integrated cash management capabilities as well as across all products within the Bank.
Role requirements / Educational Qualifications / Certification / Experience:
- Strong knowledge of local / regional / global cash management products
- Proven ability in identifying and meeting customer needs through matching a broad range of products and services and in delivering customer solutions
- Well-developed communication, presentation, interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skills
- Ability to operate on a cross-regional and cross-functional basis
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- MBA from a Tier-1 institute (Not mandatory)
- Pro-tip : Familiarity with AI-enabled tools is an advantage

Mandatory to successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment, as required.
