We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join the India WPB Marketing team.
Job Introduction
The Marketing function is focused on supporting the strategic and revenue growth priorities of the Bank. The function focuses on understanding customers and the identification, development and execution of Marketing strategies, campaigns and activities that support and strengthen the HSBC brand, support the drive for revenue and increase customer value and satisfaction in order to meet agreed targets and objectives at both a global and market level.
This role will be responsible for all creative development of BTL Marketing initiatives (email, SMS,web banners, standees , brochures etc) for the Segments Marketing team.
Principal Responsibilities
The role holder is responsible for:
- Supporting the campaign management team to effectively execute Marketing communications campaigns and activities driving acquisition and portfolio build initiatiives
- Interacting with agreed agency partners in the development and delivery of WPB campaigns and activities that form part of the monthly /quarterly / annual Marketing plan
- Working with internal stakeholders to activate campaigns through supporting with deliverables, content and messaging and deploying for online and offline campaigns including events, social media, BTL or any other campaign activity.
- Implement the agreed campaign and activities in line with the agreed Marketing plan, budget and activity schedule
- Work with Marketing Campaign Manager/s and agency personnel to align and integrate activity, as well as inform and guide Marketing head and other team members
- Assume day-to-day management of agencies and other third party suppliers to deliver campaigns on time and within budget
- Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets
Education Qualifications / Certifications and Requirements :
- MBA / Experience in Marketing preferred
- Min 4 years of marketing experience in consumer organizations / ad agencies
- Ownership bent of mind and ability to learn quickly and work as a team member
Pro-tip : Familiarity with AI-enabled tools is an advantage.
- Mandatory to successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment, as required.
