Job Introduction
We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Payment Operations team in Mumbai. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and innovation across all electronic payment products, including RTGS, NEFT, NACH, IMPS, UPI, Tax Payouts, and Capital Market Operations.
Role:
Leading and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for payment products and system enhancements, ensuring seamless collaboration with technology teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Leveraging advanced data analytics, the position monitors key performance indicators and provides actionable insights to drive operational improvements and strategic decision-making.
A key requirement is the ability to develop and deliver impactful presentations, clearly communicating complex data and project outcomes to senior management and regulators. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential to support continuous improvement and maintain high standards across the payment function
Qualifications & Experience
- 3–5 years of overall banking experience, with at least 2 years in Payments Operations.
- Proven experience in project management or leading UAT cycles for payment systems.
- Strong data analytics skills; ability to interpret and present data-driven insights.
- Fair knowledge of payment products (RTGS, NEFT, IMPS, UPI, NACH, etc.) and regulatory frameworks (FEMA, FEDAI, RBI).
- Advanced PowerPoint and presentation skills; able to translate complex information into engaging, actionable presentations.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making abilities.
- FEMA knowledge (FEDAI certification preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements, manage costs, and deliver results under pressure.
