Working with institutional investors, banks, insurance companies, governments, and multinational corporations, Securities this team a range of fund administration, global custody, sub-custody and clearing, and corporate trust and loan agency services. 

 

The role is expected to closely work with Managing Director & Head of Securities Services on day to-day basis and working as Executive Assistant to Band 2, which is expected to be attended in person and hence it is not possible to offshore this role.

 

Principal Responsibilities:

 

The role holder is responsible  
• To assist the Manager to carry out his/her duties effectively, the Bank has established the Executive Confidential Secretary role. 
• In an increasingly competitive business scenario this role is critical in supporting the Manager by organizing and planning his/her schedule effectively.
• To co-ordinate logistics and providing full business support as well as coordinating across the business and acting as an effective support / liaison between the Manager and the rest of the team. 
• Business specific tasks are also handled independently in terms of maintaining the Bank's internal control and Global standards, observing the Group Compliance Policy (Gifts and Entertainment Register updating for the Line Manager), tracking deliverables from Line Manager’s emails ,cost containment, interacting and maintaining excellent relationships with regulators/depositaries and external/internal clients, tracking team initiatives and handling MIS reporting as per the Manager's requirements.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Graduation or as required for the role, whichever is higher
  • Overall 10 years of experience
  • University  (BA) or (BS)
