Global Asset Management, the investment management business of the HSBC Group, serves HSBC’s worldwide customer base of retail and private clients, intermediaries, corporates and institutions invested in both segregated accounts and pooled funds. Global Asset Management fulfills its purpose of connecting HSBC’s clients with investment opportunities around the world through an international network of offices in approximately 30 countries, delivering global capabilities with local market insight

HSBC Mutual Fund India manages Indian equity and debt assets from last 20 years with presence in more than 50 cities. We have clear and differentiated product offerings across asset classes. Our local team has ability to identify and position for global trends well supported by global perspective on long term asset prices.

 Job Introduction

• To support the Client Reporting and AML team in the daily activities.
• To co-ordinate and communicate with internal stake holders to ensure timely completion of task assigned

Principal Responsibilities

• To ensure daily reports pertaining to AML are checked and reconciliation is completed
• Quality check on the alerts adjudicated for the new onboarded investors
• Timely completion of any task assigned pertaining to publishing scheme related documents
• Record keeping of all reports which are uploaded as per regulatory timelines
• Ensure all bills are processed on a monthly basis
• Co ordinate with stakeholders or vendors for any task assigned from time to time.

Education Qualifications / Certifications and Requirements:

• A Graduate within last of 2 yrs
• NISM VA – Mutual Fund Distributors ( Valid Certificate)
• Experience in Customer interface
• Trained in MS office
• Communication skills and command over the English language
