About the role:
- Manage an existing portfolio of business banking clients, ensuring client satisfaction and engagement through timely service and proactive relationship management.
- Maintain regular contact with clients to understand business needs, assess financial health, and identify cross-sell opportunities.
- Monitor account performance, credit utilization, and ensure timely renewals and reviews.
- Ensure full compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and service standards.
- Support customers with their day to day requests, complaints and client exit management.
Role-specific skills:
- Good understanding of transaction banking , client servicing , with the ability to assess business financials.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
- Problem solving & analytical skills.
Qualification
Minimum Graduation or as required for the role, whichever is higher
Additional Information
- Mandatory to successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment, as required.
