Role Purpose

Support the GTS Product Team with digital initiatives, marketing and communications, and product management activities for open account products.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Initiatives

• Support digital product initiatives and project tracking.
• Prepare project updates, presentations and action trackers.
• Assist with research, documentation and stakeholder coordination.

Marketing and Communications

• Prepare product presentations, communication materials and reports.
• Support product launches, internal communications and marketing activities.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to track deliverables.

Product Management

• Assist with the management and enhancement of open account products.
• Support product performance analysis, market research and business reviews.
• Maintain product documentation, trackers and management information.
• Identify opportunities for process and product improvements.

Reporting and Analysis

• Prepare dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI.
• Analyse data and present key insights clearly.
• Support recurring and ad hoc reporting requirements.

Required Skills and Experience

• CA student eligible for 12 months of industrial training.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of Power BI.
• Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills.
• Interest in banking, digital initiatives and product management.
• Ability to work collaboratively, manage priorities and meet deadlines
