This team leads the implementation of the Group’s people strategy in line with our business objectives. It facilitates talent management, succession planning, and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing and engagement. 

Job Description:

• The Human Resources (HR) team supports the people strategy by providing expert advice and guidance on the development, implementation, and ongoing review of key HR programmes and policies.

The Opportunity:

• The incumbent will be responsible for working to support the delivery of the team’s strategic priorities and managing the overall agenda for their client groups to enable business performance.
• This includes providing support on recognition, global mobility, employee benefits, wellbeing, vendor management, reporting to support the Bank’s strategic objectives and local business priorities.

What you’ll do:

• Liaise with colleagues from across the organization to support priorities related to recognition, global mobility, employee benefits, wellbeing, vendor management and reporting

• Work with internal colleagues and vendors and suppliers to ensure the successful implementation of initiatives, processes and products in line with business objectives
• Develop specialist knowledge by keeping abreast of internal policies, competitor practice, external market developments and trends, and legislative and regulatory developments
• Translate data and reporting into analysis by interpreting the data and providing insights

Qualifications 

• Graduate degree

What you will need to succeed in the role:

• Effectively managing stakeholders and ensuring appropriate alignment between local and global practices and requirements
• Managing multiple priorities and adherence to timelines while dealing with ambiguity and navigating complex processes
• Highly proactive, ability to work in a matrix environment including colleagues in global, regional and country teams

What additional skills will be good to have?

• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to engage a diverse stakeholder group, including senior populations
• Strong track record of analytical skills, ability to interpret and to draw insights from data and present effectively to stakeholders
• Strong business acumen with ability to apply critical analysis and judgment when reviewing activities

Additional Notes : Familiarity with AI-enabled tools is an advantage.
