Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications (For the role – not the role holder. Minimum requirements of the role.)
This role requires 3-5 years of overall Banking exposure with 2 years of specialized experience in managing Remittances Operations. Skills required for success are:
- FEMA knowledge (Preferably FEDAI certified)
- People and Stakeholders Management
- Strong Communication and decision making ability
- Thinking and Problem solving skills
- Customer Drive
