 Principal Responsibilities

  • Track the movement in Branch Channel Headcount on a weekly basis which includes tracking of active headcount, attrition as well as resource allocation planning in line with the country headcount envelope.
  • Responsible to liaise with frontline teams on regular basis for RM mapping, RM loading along with data purity, industry best practices to understand and identify emerging trends in consumer behavior.
  • Provide regular support to the frontline to generate and modify sec RM codes to ensure alignment on business mapping and business credit for all the channels.
  • Ensure the RM loading is aligned to the Global definitions and monitor the same on a monthly basis.
  • Apply relevant checks to the mapping change requests and ensure the same are actioned within the agreed TAT.
  • Prepare the monthly planner file used by D&A team to kick off the incentive process and ensure all the records in the same are updated appropriately.
  • Optimize the monthly planner file for various initiatives to streamline the headcount reporting and to increase RM productivity.
  • Assist product and proposition team to frame and launch campaigns, products and policies in order to make HSBC the most preferred place to bank with.
  • Provides support on ad-hoc projects / business priorities driven to assist RM productivity, manage Loading and Proposition specific initiatives in line with the Group guidelines.
  • The job holder needs to have strong skills and ability to work and collaborate with various units within IWPB as well as frontline teams to propel the India IWPB growth Agenda.
  • Well versed with key systems used by frontline teams – HUB, WMS, ACE, etc
  • Incumbent should be able to work towards innovation, digitization and automation of existing reports related to Headcount, RM loading and productivity management.
  • Champion End-to-end project delivery of proposed IWPB initiatives and other projects from time to time as directed by the Regional or Global teams and assist Head Sales and Service Performance in driving initiatives pertaining to sales, campaigns & sales Process within the network.
  • To provide support to the First Level leadership teams as well as all frontline staff of IWPB Distribution and drive appropriate use of process consulting framework, tools and governance while maximizing use of known best implementable solutions.
  • Ensure constant monitoring of systems and processes and on-going adherence to Business guidelines and defined approach.

 

 

Requirements

  • At least 5-6 years of Banking experience
  • Post graduate preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proven ability in productivity enhancement
  • Demonstrate behaviours consistent with HSBC Values
  • Having worked in multi-dimensional roles would be an added advantage.
  • Expertise in bank’s systems and processes
  • Skills in sales, financial planning and communication.
