We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Vice President, Partnership and Channels Management

In this role you will:

Reporting to Head of Sales Business Banking, your role and responsibilities will include the followings:  

  • Build and manage comprehensive strategies and initiatives for partnership and channel management to expand acquisition sources, drive sustainable customer acquisition and revenue growth in Business Banking portfolio managed (BBPM) clients for GTS
  • Identify potential partners, affiliates, and negotiate to secure collaborations that strengthen product market presence
  • Develop and execute integrated targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive brand awareness
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to marketing, coverage, sales, product, operations and legal, to align objectives, define success metrics, and ensure seamless integration of initiatives for a consistent customer experience
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to explore trends, opportunities and best practices for strategy planning and execution
  • Implement tracking and measurement tools to monitor and analyze key performance indicators, conversion rates and return on investment, and provide data-driven insights for optimization
  • Support ad hoc tasks and special projects to ensure agile response to business needs

To be successful you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Broad knowledge of HSBC Group companies and product ranges as well as extensive knowledge of the market and market trends, competitive and regulatory environment
  • Proven experience in partnership or campaign management in different channels
  • Strong organizational, analytical, negotiation, communication, teamwork and influencing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to interact with internal and external customers
