Join Our Team as a Senior Technical Product Manager – Commercial Banking Technology!

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Product Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between business objectives and technical execution, ensuring that our products and services are developed and delivered with excellence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, DevOps, and Technology Specialists, to drive the success of our product initiatives and maintain alignment with our strategic goals.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Collaborative Leadership: Partner with Product Owners and DevOps teams to oversee the delivery, ongoing success, and continuous improvement of a suite of products and services, ensuring they meet business needs and technical standards.
• Strategic Oversight: Collaborate with the Architecture team and Product Leads to evaluate requirements from a testability perspective and develop comprehensive non-functional and security testing strategies.
• Compliance and Governance: Ensure that all products and services comply with mandatory regulations and control objectives, maintaining adherence to industry standards and guidelines.
• Agile Execution: Work with Product Owners to deconstruct and translate business objectives into actionable development activities, managing epics and prioritizing backlogs across teams in alignment with agile methodologies.
• Service Excellence: Ensure that service levels are consistently maintained and improved, focusing on resilience, sustainability, and recovery time objectives for all software solutions.
• Cost Management: Oversee the cost base for products and services, ensuring alignment with financial controls.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in technical product management or a similar role within a software development environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with compliance standards and data governance frameworks is a plus.
