Customer Proposition and Management is committed to designing differentiating value propositions for strategic customer segments, including mass affluent, mass retail and mainland Chinese with unique anchors on wealth and banking solutions, synergising advanced digital capabilities, and servicing channels to deliver quality client experiences. Should you join our Customer Proposition and Management team, you will gain exposure to driving customer proposition strategies and customer journeys and collaborate closely with product teams, distribution channels and other functions, to offer customer centric solutions for enhanced customer experiences, meeting evolving customer needs in changing market dynamics.
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Manage, Affluent Propositions, reporting to Senior Manager, Affluent Propositions.
Principal responsibilities
- Develop, design and implement Acquisition activities to drive HNW, Affluent and Emerging Affluent customer growth and product penetration
- Implement strategic initiatives to expand the mass affluent customer base by cultivating and exploring new partnerships to diversify acquisition channels
- Organize high impact events and activities to cater to the affluent segment, ensuring a seamless proposition continuum for mass affluent customers
- Collaborate with key Business Units, Distributions and Functions to ensure the acquisition activities is properly delivered to customers with most optimal approach
- Design and develop digital onboarding journey from account opening to activation
- Design and implement customer journey across multichannel touch points for enhanced customer engagement in alignment with segment strategy for a diverse customer base
- Develop customer events and partnership privileges to broaden the acquisition sources.
- Stay on top of compliance requirements in particular sales and marketing-related, competition law and fair value principles to take timely actions to mitigate relevant risk posing to the bank, where applicable
- Stay abreast of regulatory requirements to ensure all customer communications and initiatives are compliance to FIM and related policies
- Develop an expert knowledge of customer base, market trends, and competitor activities for the support of strategic direction
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years' financial services experience, with a track record of managing partnerships.
- Solid experience in event management and proven records in handling large scale events with full logistics arrangement.
- Customer-oriented with strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Strong self-motivation and positive attitude with good project management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to bring divergent ideas to create new and valuable solutions
- Shown strong situation awareness, strong desire to learn and able to work in Agile environment
- Resilience to stress, able to unlock full potential and prepare for the future of work
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mind-set to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery
