Principal responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver customer value proposition to increase adoption for deposit-related services.
- Lead retail deposit growth initiatives for designated target segments, strengthening customer preference and expanding the active customer base for Hang Seng Everyday Banking services.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to design and execute campaigns that enhance the end-to-end experience for both internal and external customers within the retail deposits business.
- Stay on top of market developments and competitor activity through regular benchmarking, ensuring the Bank’s deposit propositions remain competitive and identifying new growth opportunities.
- Monitor and manage product costs and controls, ensuring appropriate risk and control measures are in place to minimise the Bank’s risk exposure and maintain full compliance with internal standards, policies, and applicable regulations.
- Prepare relevant strategy papers, business proposals and reports for presentation to senior management
Requirements:
- University Degree in Finance or other relevant disciplines/qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, managing retail banking products or customer proposition
- Results oriented with proven track record of driving business growth
- Strong analytical reasoning and problem solving capabilities
- Able to navigate conflicting priorities, great team player
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
