Principal responsibilities:
- Lead and drive FX growth initiatives, driving customers’ preference and active FX customer base of Hang Seng everyday banking services
- Develop customer intelligence and insights and formulate insight-based actions to drive business growth
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to implement activities to enhance both internal and external customers experience on FX services
- Keep abreast of latest market environment, regularly benchmark with market players to ensure our FX services competitiveness and actively explore new business opportunities
- Prepare relevant strategy papers, business proposals and reports for presentation to senior management
Requirements
- University Degree in Finance or other relevant disciplines/qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in managing retail banking products and driving various campaigns
- Results oriented with proven track record of driving business growth
- Strong analytical reasoning and problem solving capabilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data analytic skills
- Able to navigate conflicting priorities, great team player
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
