We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Enterprise Infrastructure Specialist.

Principal Responsibilities

• Act as a critical escalation point between project teams and Global Cloud  teams, ensuring timely updates on changes, incidents, and resolutions within the Hang Seng Bank managed Cloud environment.
• Deliver comprehensive technical support for Hang Seng Bank's Cloud projects, with a steadfast focus on the seamless execution of end-to-end Cloud infrastructure provisioning.
• Enforce Cloud Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT) and Tollgate processes, serving as the designated owner to ensure compliance and quality assurance across all cloud deployments.
• Provide dedicated support to incident management teams for all Hang Seng Bank's Cloud environment related incidents, with a focus on rapid service resumption and minimizing business impact.
• Serve as a pivotal technical bridge and primary liaison with Group Technical Leads and external Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) especially on AWS and Azure, fostering seamless collaboration for Cloud and AI technologies.
• Represent the Hang Seng Bank in various Group Cloud Technology Forums, especially on AWS and Azure. This involves reviewing, consolidating, and disseminating global communications, upcoming cloud changes, and identifying potential impacts to Hang Seng Bank's stakeholders, as well as escalating issues and findings as necessary.
• Lead and contribute to the development and deployment of cost-saving initiatives driven by Global FinOps across Hang Seng Bank, specifically within the cloud and AI technology domains. This includes optimizing resource utilization, identifying cost efficiencies, and promoting a culture of financial accountability.
• Circulate the latest new features, conducting demonstrations, and establishing a vital drop-in communication channel for project teams for knowledge sharing and consultancy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience with cloud platforms, especially on AWS and/or Azure, and a strong understanding of their security controls, governance models, and best practices.
• Experience in conducting IT risk assessments, control gap analysis, and defining remediation plans.
• Should be well versed with ITIL concepts and more specific understanding of Service operations activities.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to navigate complex technical and organizational challenges.
• Experience with automation tools and scripting (e.g., Terraform, Python, Ansible).
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Great sense of ownership and a servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes for internal stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, and bridge communication between diverse groups.

Good to have

• Experience with technologies beyond Cloud (e.g., on-premises infrastructure, DevOps Tools, automation frameworks).
• Possession of Cloud Certifications (such as AWS Certified CloudOps Engineer, Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
• Proficiency in spoken Cantonese and English. Mandarin is an advantage.
