Retail Banking and Wealth (RBW) Credit Control Services
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Credit Support Officer.
Principal responsibilities
- Conduct preliminary processing of credit limit adjustment and card loan applications
- Address customer and branch enquiries regarding credit limit adjustment, including managing the support hotline and ensuring all required documentation is obtained
- Assist with administrative duties such as account maintenance
- Contribute to service improvement initiatives and support other ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements
- Diploma in a related discipline or other relevant professional qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service experience, with exposure to unsecured leading products preferred
- Strong attentiveness to details, with ability to work independently and under pressure
- Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Good knowledge of application software such as MS Word, Excel and Access
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua an advantage
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
