Retail Banking and Wealth (RBW) Credit and Financial Crime Risk Control - Credit Control Services
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Manager, Credit Control Services.
Principal responsibilities
- Implement collections and contact strategies in systems to contain delinquencies and losses
- Support change initiatives and process review for collections and underwriting operations by doing project groundwork. performing UAT and coordinating with relevant stakeholders
- Propose and implement quality enhancement and control strengthening initiatives in response to customer feedback and business needs
- Prepare financial and regulatory reports as well as management information reports and presentations
Requirements
- University degree in a related discipline OR other relevant qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in banking
- Sound knowledge of retail banking, unsecured lending and mortgage business, credit control/ administration, complaint handling or other related areas as an advantage
- Good knowledge of application software (Skills in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Access, and SAS as an advantage)
- Strong business acumen, self-motivated, logical and positive thinking, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua as an advantage
