We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Business Strategy and Planning Manager.
Principal Responsibilities
- To support the delivery of the business planning and key performance indicators monitoring of Hang Seng Insurance business
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to drive alignment of shared objectives across Insurance business and functions
- To prepare management information, market research and business insights to facilitate strategic decision making from senior management.
- To support the formulation of business growth strategies in ad-hoc strategic projects
- To execute staff engagement and talent development strategies including internal townhalls, offsite meetings and training workshops
- To prepare communication materials including speaking notes, staff communications and presentations for internal engagement
- To plan, oversight and refine Hang Seng Insurance CEO office and strategy team’s expense management to improve the utilization on cost for Hang Seng Insurance business
Requirements
- University degree in a business related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance/ consulting/ data analytics roles in industry
- Possesses strong strategic orientation, ability to think critically, and evaluate impacts of plans
- Excellent quantitative skills to develop financial or operational models and supervise data analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) will be an advantage
- Outstanding written communication, oral presentation and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua an advantage
- Great sense of ownership and growth mindset to ensure efficient and effective business service processes
