  • Share knowledge and experience with colleagues, supporting them on technical or escalated items.
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and implement/adhere to all internal, external, and CBB audit recommendations (current and prior).
  • Manage operational risk in line with the Group Operational Risk Framework (including section 3.1 of the Group Operational FIM), maintain HSBC internal control standards, and remain aware of the operational risk scenarios associated with the role.
  • Always Comply with Information Security Risk requirements and applicable controls.
  • Support the smooth and effective running of NSC Clearing operations, balancing speed and accuracy to meet stringent cut-off times and minimizing potential financial loss to the Bank.
  • Apply strong problem-solving skills and proactive risk awareness, anticipating issues before they become critical and escalating promptly to management.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by applying creative thinking to enhance service quality and operational standards in a competitive environment.

 Experience & Qualifications:

  • Work closely with line management and collaborate with supporting departments and branches as required.
