We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

 

In this role you will be:

  • To handle day to day all Payment related activities
  • To monitor and control Group Service Center “GSC” and provide support to undertake all complex processing within the section.  
  • To provide quality service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction by correctly interpreting & processing instructions.
  • An acceptable/agreed volume of work is handled contributing to the achievement of the sections performance targets
  • To ensure that tasks are prioritized, processed and completed in accordance with procedures
  • Common frauds/errors/irregular transactions are identified, and appropriate action is taken in accordance with procedures
  • To ensure that a general level of awareness about Money Laundering and other legal and regulatory requirements are always maintained
  • Knowledge and experience are shared with colleagues, aiding on referred/technical issues
  • To ensure a high-quality service, in line with procedures and compliance guidelines, to achieve maximum customer satisfaction by prompt and accurate processing of related documentation
  • Assume any other responsibilities assigned by the superiors.
  • To build strong internal customer relationships and provide efficient and high-quality service.
  • To guide and attend to customer queries appropriately.
  • To ensure doing AML, WOLF and UV check as per compliance procedures.
  • To be fully aware and comply with the regulatory requirements. 

 

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • 0-2 years’ experience
  • University degree/Diploma
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer skills
  • General understanding of Financial Institutions and Payment Systems
