You’ll be joining our Corporate & Institutional Banking community, partnering with large corporates and institutions to deliver tailored banking solutions—supporting complex financing, risk management and international growth in a fast-moving global marketplace.

What you’ll do:

You’ll work with the sales manager, GTS Country Head and regional coverage teams in identifying strategies to onboard new RF clients maintain / enhance overall relationship return, increase revenues while optimizing the utilization of credit facilities, and ensure early identification of potential credit issues.

In this role you will:

• You will manage a portfolio of international clients across sectors.
• You will support on-boarding strategies and relationship returns.
• You grow revenues while optimising credit facility utilisation.
• You will spot early signs of potential credit issues.
• You will respond to enquiries by coordinating across internal teams.
• You will prepare TRM credit memos for review and changes.

You should apply if you have:

• Client relationship management and business development capability.
• Credit analysis and risk assessment experience in corporate banking.
• Understanding of working capital needs in international contexts.
• Trade finance and cash management knowledge.
• Clear communication and effective teamwork across functions.
• Strong planning, organisation and analytical skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and English, plus MS Office skills.
• Knowledge of HSBC product and service capabilities in HBCE is advantageous.
• French language skills are advantageous.

What you’ll get in return:

The pay range for this role is 35,000 € - 40,000 €
