Job description

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a (IT Assistant Manager)

In this role you will:

•    Triage IT incidents by assessing impact and urgency, escalating to relevant stakeholders, coordinating immediate recovery actions, and providing regular status updates throughout the event lifecycle.
•    Collaborate with system owners to perform root cause analysis, define and implement remediation and improvement plans, and track progress to completion with clear milestones and governance.
•    Maintain and operate local IT risk management procedures, ensuring they remain current, consistently applied, and aligned with the applicable control environment.
•    Ensure technology risk practices satisfy regulatory expectations and internal audit requirements, with appropriate evidence, traceability, and readiness for review.
•    Partner with Risk Steward to prepare and submit regulatory risk assessment and gap analysis on cyber security and electronic banking systems, ensuring alignment with global standards and compliance with local regulatory requirements.
•    Manage the technology risk issue register by maintaining clear ownership, agreed target dates, documented remediation plans, and auditable evidence to support timely and effective closure.

To be successful you will need:

•    University degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
•    Over 6 years of experience in a relevant IT discipline. Prior exposure to cybersecurity and/or the financial services industry is desirable.
•    Strong incident analyst and problem-solving skill.
•    Good understanding of the ITIL, SLA, OLA and IT Cyber Security.
•    Capable to manage communications effectively including the capacity to articulate technical solutions for business’ understanding.
•    Strong team spirit, quality oriented and attentive to details.
•    Non-office hour and weekend support may require for handle incident and planned change.
•    Proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
