Job description
We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a (Business Performance Management Manager)
In this role you will:
• Plan, prepare and monitor the overall business performance in RBW including financial MI (FRP, monthly forecast submission, on the ground financial related submission, etc) and cost control monitoring activities.
• Support and plan the implementation of staff incentive framework
• Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets.
• Build and maintain awareness and accountability for overall business performance in RBW
• Be open, dependable and connected to ensure the alignment with stakeholders to deliver business strategies and objectives.
• Work collaboratively and communicating persuasively, emphasizing teamwork, diversity and knowledge sharing with working parties.
• Support to implement operational and process re-engineering and enhancement initiatives
• Contribute to effective product management per Group strategy to drive efficiency
To be successful you will need:
• The job holder must be innovative, self-motivated and a critical thinker. He/she should have good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability think and react quickly and positively when facing unusual situations. He/she is expected to be creative, flexible and able to work within guidelines provided.
• This job roles is vital to the development of RBWM business in terms of supporting functions.
• University graduate (with major in Finance/Accounting preferable)
• Sound knowledge and experience on Business Finance
• Good planning, analytical, project management and interpersonal skills
