Assistant Manager, Performance

Role holders will carry out activities that will include most of the following:

 Key Accountabilities / Impact on Business

• Responsible for business data management and analysis, and regulatory reporting data consolidation and review, and support business financial management.

• Support seniors in strategy planning, and change management, either internally or externally driven, on a continuous improvement basis.
• Deliver performance services to business, with appropriate benchmarks and reporting.
• Responsible for GCOO office management including but not limited to business continuity plan, vendor management, etc.
• Support execution of people engagement plan for GCOO and wider Macau teams
• Ad hoc initiatives/ requests from time to time in support of CEO/ COO/ Performance team.

 Experience, Skills and Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with accounting, finance or other business-related fields preferred.
• Strong data analytic skill required, with experience in business management/ business analysis/ strategy planning from banking or related industries preferred
• Proven project management experience with an ability to manage diverse stakeholders
• Previous background of working in a matrix organization structure; ability to persuade individuals at different levels
• Good verbal and written communications skills required in English; other language abilities are advantageous
• Good application of MS Office, with sound knowledge in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint; Additional data management skills such as excel VBA or programming capability will be preferred.
