If you answered yes to these questions, we want to hear from you!
What you will do:
Reporting to the Head of Northern Europe Markets, you will originate and grow profitable, long-term relationships with HSBC’s priority clients across the Nordics/Scandinavia. You are expected to bring your own established regional network and actively leverage it to attract new UHNW and Upper HNW clients to HSBC. You will build a holistic understanding of client needs and engage directly with key decision-makers, delivering innovative, high-value solutions across all product lines and driving sustainable growth and returns for clients and HSBC.
In this role, you will (but not limited to):
- Maintain 'Trusted Advisor' relationships with UHNW and Upper HNW prospects and clients, with access to key decision-makers and a proactive, regular calling programme.
- Originate and execute opportunities across the full Global Private Bank product and service offering, partnering with colleagues to deliver the right Group solutions.
- Co-ordinate with investment advisors, credit specialists, wealth planners and product specialists to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Combine client relationship management with strong risk assessment and risk management, ensuring the required KYC quality.
- Ensure pricing aligns with bank’s value proposition and is implemented correctly.
- Identify liquidity events and financing opportunities, including collaboration with client’s professional advisors.
- Operate in full compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures applicable to your business activities.
You should apply if you have:
- Strong relationship management experience in private banking or investment banking, serving UHNW and Upper HNW clients.
- A significant personal network across the Scandinavian countries, with proven experience originating and advising Scandinavian-based UHNW/Upper HNW clients and families.
- Demonstrated track record in asset gathering, AUM growth, and revenue generation.
- Excellent commercial and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service focus, with highly developed communication skills.
- Fluent English required; other languages relevant to the markets served are an advantage. German and/or French is a plus.
Even if you feel you do not meet 100% of our qualifications, we encourage you to apply if you believe this role is right for you.
