The opportunity: AML/KYC Manager – Permanent contract

What you will do:

 

Reporting to the AML/KYC Senior Manager, you will lead the team responsible for completing and overseeing AML/KYC checks to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. In this role, you will (but not limited to):

  • Lead a team responsible for completing AML/KYC checks for Fund Investors, ensuring work is delivered accurately and on time.
  • Monitor AML activities to make sure they remain compliant with applicable regulations, Group standards, and the relevant AML/CTF Fund Investor policy.
  • Balance day-to-day operational oversight with a strong focus on people management, coaching, and team development.
  • Perform quality control review (incl. quality assurance control on work delivered by HDPI colleagues).
  • Act as a key point of contact for audit requests and for responding to client/investor queries, ensuring clear, accurate, and timely communication.
  • Act as deputy for GDTA AML/KYC and serve as a key point of contact for internal and external communications on related matters. 

 

You should apply if you have:

 

  • Strong experience in Transfer Agency, especially within KYC/AML department, including people management experience.
  • Solid understanding of Luxembourg requirements relevant to Transfer Agency activities.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines, while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent PC skills.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in other European languages, such as French and/or German, would be a definite advantage.
