We are currently seeking a professional to join our team in the role of VP-Structured Finance Client Services Manager

The purpose of the role is to drive the Structured Finance Client Services proposition in developing and enhancing existing client relationships and to support the business’ growth plans.  The role will be focused on driving the Structured Finance proposition in supporting a portfolio of varied Asset Backed transactions.  In this client facing role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of a seamless and professional service while at the same time enhancing and deepening these client relationships. You will work closely with colleagues across Structured Finance teams to ensure that originators feel their transactions are being well looked after and that the client services team understand the various asset classes within the market.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Own, build and manage a medium size portfolio of Structured Finance client relationships and further develop your understanding and knowledge of transactions with different structures/features.  This includes performing regular client service reviews.
  • Provide support to clients on a variety of tasks by acting as the central point of contact for each Structured Debt transaction for the Issuer Services business.
  • Ensure that Issuer Services undertakes its contractual obligations in a timely and accurate manner for each Structured Finance transaction.
  • Build strong customer relationships ensuring that Issuer Services requirements are fully understood by the client.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders to bolster the structured debt offering.
  • Working in close conjunction with Business Development team to seek out and onboard new business opportunities.
  • Drive the Client Service Agenda autonomously and actively promote the Structured Finance product and ensure seamless communication between teams and across operations.

 

To be successful in this role you should have:

  • Relevant experience in the Corporate Trust business within Structured Finance/Securitisation
  • Strong operational and product experience of Structured Debt transactions such as: Residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS), Commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) and Asset-backed securities (ABS) including the roles performed by agents
  • Strong networking and presentation skills required to build and enhance client relationships.
  • Proven ability to communicate with several teams on a daily basis both locally and globally.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage frequently changing priorities.
  • Sound understanding of legal documentation governing roles/products supported.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills – must be able to communicate effectively both internally with managers, peers, team members and customers.
  • Ability to work independently and provide excellent client service.
  • Good analytical skills with ability to read and understand investor reports and cash flow models.
