We’re currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Trade and Transaction Reporting Delivery Manager

 

This role sits within our MSS Operations Strategy and Change, Trade & Transaction Reporting (TTR) team and is responsible for managing change delivery for areas of the overall programme. You will form part of a large-scale global regulatory programme and work closely with Technology, Operations, Regulatory Compliance and other stakeholders in multiple locations to ensure successful delivery of this mandatory change.

In this role you will:

 

  • Work with the MSS Business, Regulatory Oversight, IT, and Compliance to assess the impact of new TTR regulatory changes on the MSS business
  • Manage prioritisation of your TTR book of work in-line with regulatory commitments, stakeholder demand, budget and global programme objectives
  • Have oversight of projects within the TTR regional book of work to scope, quality, schedule and cost parameters agreed with TTR stakeholders and TTR Regulatory Change Lead
  • Produce and maintain plans, RAID, cost control, resource forecasts, status reporting, governance materials, specifications, and other change artefacts in-line with the HSBC change framework
  • Orchestrate running of the book of work and project governance forums to brief senior stakeholders and secure project decisions where required
  • Provide line management and leadership of some members of the TTR change team, including Project Managers and BAs

 

 

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

 

  • Strong background and in-depth knowledge of regional Trade and Transaction Reporting regulations, with extensive experience of working closely with internationally based colleagues across the Business such as Regulatory Change, Technology, Operations, and Regulatory Compliance
  • Exposure to working within regulatory change with comprehensive and proven project management skills and abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communications and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work confidently and effectively with senior executives
  • A self-starter who can work in a multi-tasking environment and manage priorities effectively
