We're currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Technical Business Analyst - IRRBB.

You’ll be at the heart of our IRRBB Transformation, leading the end-to-end business analysis process and collaborating with Treasury, Technology, and Model Quants teams to shape the future of interest rate risk management. In this role you'll:

  • Navigate the full business analysis process, including gathering, documenting, and validating requirements, and securing stakeholder sign-off
  • Collaborate closely with Treasury, Technology, and Model Quants teams to elicit, analyse, and prioritise business requirements for IRRBB calculations and reporting enhancements
  • Partner with technology teams throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring business requirements are clearly understood and delivered as intended
  • Build strong relationships and facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with stakeholders across Treasury, Risk, Finance, and IT to communicate requirements, progress, and outcomes
  • Develop test cases, validate outputs, and coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure robust, scalable, and future-proof technology solutions


To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, with a track record of delivering technology-enabled transformation projects
  • Experience of the software development lifecycle, including Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
  • Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and business process re-engineering
  • Demonstrable ability to be able to collaborate with technology teams and a variety of key stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions, ideally within Treasury, Risk, or Finance domains
  • Knowledge and experience with of markets products (Bonds, SWAPS, Loans), cash flow modelling, IRRBB and regulatory reporting
