Human Resources leads the implementation of the Group’s people strategy in line with business objectives. We facilitate talent management, succession planning and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing and engagement.
The Talent Creative Lead will manager our in-house creative team and drive the development of compelling employer brand content and storytelling. This role is pivotal in shaping and building consistency in our brand identity and our expression across all platforms with creatively and brilliant campaigns. The role holder will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams within Enterprise Talent and our Group Brand team to create content and establish a cohesive employer brand presence that creates meaningful impact for talent internally and externally at HSBC.

In this role you will:
- Be accountable for defining the creative vision for the Employer Brand, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Lead, mentor and inspire the creative team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration and innovation.
- Lead the creative team in conceptualizing and executing innovative marketing across various channels (digital, social media and events) in collaboration with core stakeholders and team members.
- Redefine the digital ecosystem UX & UI in partnership with a content strategist to bring consistency in the architecture and storytelling across all platforms in a way that personalizes to priority talent segments.
- Accountable for building out an integrated, yet digital first approach which has talent journeys at the heart of how we work with clear guidelines for personalization.
- Responsible for developing how we automate and scale content to enable global coverage with strong local personalization.
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Prior experience that demonstrates ability to identify, analyse, and stimulate new opportunities, look beyond financial services for ideas and adopt, amend and tailor them to make it fit-for-purpose to the Bank
- The ability to advocate the importance of cross group customer engagement and outcomes. Identifies customers' needs and recognises their uniqueness, partners with them to identify and define improvements and additional opportunities
- The ability to understand human needs and tension points to creative strong creative and campaigns.
- Defines creative approaches to build strong and lasting relationships with agency partners.
- Prior experience developing campaigns, whilst also developing programmatic content which drives results throughout the digital ecosystem.
This role is based in London on a hybrid working basis.
