We’re currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Social Media and Content Marketing Manager.

 

You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of content marketing campaigns and the strategic lead on how these campaigns will be delivered to achieve key business KPIs.  You’ll work closely with our in-house specialist teams, digital teams, product and journey teams, external creative agencies, media planning agencies, and strategic partners to deliver outstanding campaigns and projects.

In this role you’ll:

  • Lead and manage the full delivery of social and content marketing campaigns from briefing to delivery across multiple social media platforms and other content channels
  • Input on the strategic direction of content creation and the delivery of content, from briefing to launch through to tracking and measurement
  • Drive new ideas and concepts to gain stakeholder buy-in across the team, as well as seek opportunities and build internal relationships to deliver brand social content through the line for broader distribution on our UK owned channels
  • Manage the marketing budget efficiently for campaigns, striving for maximum return on investment, ensuring that all campaigns are delivered within deadlines and creative budget is managed accordingly
  • Manage the creative strategy and execution of content briefs, asks, and campaigns
  • Ensure marketing insight and effectiveness learnings from post-campaign reviews are incorporated, where appropriate, into marketing briefs and campaign/activity development
  • Gain compliance, legal, and brand sign-off for all marketing activity

 

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

 

  • Strong knowledge of social media channels with proven hands-on experience of running marketing campaigns across the leading social media platforms, TikTok, Meta and Instagram
  • A strategic mindset ensuring all campaigns are aligned to business, brand, and content strategy
  • Highly creative and innovative – need to have the ability to develop relevant and contextual messaging to increase the effectiveness of campaigns
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to lead multiple, concurrent projects and resources in a fast-paced environment
  • A deep understanding of content marketing principles across multiple platforms
  • Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
