We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Senior Product Manager, SME Trade Loans.
This role is responsible for leading the design and roadmap of Straight-Through Processing (STP) capabilities for trade loans within the GTS product organisation.
The Senior Product Manager will work across product, transformation, and IT teams to expand existing STP for buyer loans and drive the design and adoption of new STP capabilities for seller loans.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the design of STP journeys for Trade Loans, covering both Buyer and Seller Loans.
- Expand the scope of STP for Buyer Loans beyond current configurations, based on market needs and scalability goals.
- Define the end-to-end STP framework for Seller Loans, including eligibility logic, document requirements, booking flows, and lifecycle events.
- Define and prioritise the roadmap for enhancements based on client feedback, commercial performance, and market intelligence.
- Lead governance and change processes in compliance with internal frameworks.
- Translate business needs into structured, prioritised requirements to feed into the HTS product backlog.
- Collaborate with other GTS Product Managers in-country to ensure alignment, interoperability, and customer journey cohesion across propositions.
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Strong understanding of trade finance solutions, more specifically Trade Loans;
- Thorough understanding of digital and emerging technology solutions in trade finance;
- Strong experience in delivering change and preferably through agile co-creation immersions
- Proven ability in adoption of embedded finance proposition
- Outstanding interpersonal, relationship management, influencing and communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels internally and externally
- Well developed management skills, with experience in team building and managing a wide range of projects;
- Ability to lead and motivate other managers and staff, employing appropriate management styles;
- High level of drive and motivation to ensure successful delivery of complex transformational initiatives
The base location of this role is London operating a Hybrid working model.
