We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Senior Product Manager, Receivables Finance.
The Senior Product Manager is responsible for global commercialisation and lifecycle management of the Limited Recourse Receivables Discounting (LRRD) proposition and any RF solution serving larger corporates. The role will drive client adoption, support deal structuring, and oversee pricing, training, and frontline enablement activities globally and for the UK NRFB perimeter.
In this role, you will:
- Lead commercial strategy and adoption targets for LRRD across global and UK NRFB portfolios.
- Partner with Sales and Client Management to position LRRD within working capital conversations.
- Develop sales materials, pricing guidance, training tools, and structuring playbooks.
- Track performance KPIs, revenue growth, and margin trends of LRRD and other receivables products
- Maintain product documentation and support governance submissions.
- Work cross-functionally with GTS, Coverage, Sector teams, and Operational partners to deliver end-to-end excellence
- Represent RF in relevant governance forums and industry panels.
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Advanced level understanding of Receivables Finance;
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels internally and externally
- Well-developed project management skills, with experience in delivery involving multiple stakeholders;
- Execution orientated with an ability to leverage resources available to achieve goals.
- Highly competent in Excel and Powerpoint
- The ability to fulfil the performance tracking responsibilities
The base location of this role is London operating a Hybrid working model.
