We’re currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Product Manager, Deposits.
You’ll manage the products which are used on deposit platforms which cover a range of initiatives that enhance the client experience whilst considering the commercial aspects of the P&L. A key part of that will be to identify and develop innovative solutions that address client needs. You’ll foster partnerships with client-facing, product development and technology teams as well as engaging with risk partners in projects and initiatives to address broader client needs.

In this role you’ll:
- Lead the development, execution, and achievement of product performance objectives
- Lead development of product and project plans to support the execution of the approved deposit product strategies in the UK across Europe
- Have a key focus on developing products to support growth in deposit platform/s and Deposit Aggregators
- Manage and develop deposit products to ensure that they meet customer and market needs, as well as contribute towards the overall Global Payments Solutions objectives
- Drive growth and monitor on-going performance of the deposit portfolio in line with balance sheet and P&L targets across UK – and wider Europe
- Drive the delivery of the liquidity strategy for Global Payments Solutions and getting the buy-in of the Customer Groups
- Identify local product gaps and developing plans to address the gaps
- Optimize and grow the deposit and liquidity product portfolio in line with balance sheet needs
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Previous experience with a strong track-record and execution excellence in Retail or Corporate Banking Product Management
- Sound knowledge of the management deposit and liquidity product propositions, including current, deposit and term accounts
- Commercially minded and focused on customer outcomes
- Good understanding of deposit and credit interest pricing in the corporate or retail market, including how the market is likely to develop in the coming years (systems, AI, Machine Learning etc)
- Ability to work effectively with multiple business and technology partners to drive innovation and deliver complex product propositions
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, global, matrix environment with minimum direction
