We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Marketing Manager, Market Securities Services

 

You will be a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Marketing Manager that can drive the delivery of marketing campaigns, projects, and programs for products and services within the Markets and Securities Services Area (MSS) business area.

 

As a key member of the Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) Business Marketing team, you'll be responsible for executing go-to-market strategies for MSS products and solutions. You will collaborate closely with MSS, Coverage, Client Segment and sector marketing leads to ensure product positioning aligns with client needs.

 

Utilising your markets and transaction banking expertise, you will work with the business, clients, and marketing organisation to enhance client engagement and help deliver an exceptional client experience with MSS propositions and solutions.

In this role you will:

  • Lead the global marketing strategy for Markets and Securities Services aligning with commercial growth objectives. Identify and prioritise marketing opportunities for the proposition set
  • Work closely with the marketing services team to execute integrated marketing campaigns for MSS products and services
  • Translate MSS capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions tailored to client needs and industry trends, whilst working with sector and segment marketing leads to ensure cohesive execution aligned with client priorities across industries and geographies
  • Develop insight-led content (whitepapers, product briefs, case studies, digital assets) to highlight the bank’s MSS strengths
  • Run targeted campaigns to drive product adoption, pipeline and balance growth
  • Collaborate with global communications and brand teams to enhance visibility around key themes such as ESG and digital transformation

 

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

  • Proven background in financial services marketing, with a focus on product marketing and/or Markets, Securities Services within a global banking environment
  • Deep understanding and preferably experience of marketing digital assets with demonstrated use of AI to drive marketing efficiency
  • Understanding of financial markets and nuances of different asset classes with knowledge of the institutional and corporate client segments
  • Proven success in executing go-to-market strategies that enhance product and client engagement with strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience in matrixed, global organisations
  • Ability to influence stakeholders across business and marketing functions with astute analytical, communication, and storytelling skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s in Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred
