We are currently seeking a professional to join our team in the role of: Senior Manager – Trade Services Marketing
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Manager for Trade Services (“GTS”) Marketing to lead marketing campaigns, projects, and programmes within the GTS business area.
As an integral member of the CIB (Corporate & Institutional Banking) Business Marketing team, you will execute go-to-market strategies for GTS products and solutions in connection with the
overall Transaction Banking proposition and marketing strategy. You will collaborate closely with GTS, Coverage, and Client Segment and Sector marketing leads to ensure product positioning
aligns with client needs.
This role is pivotal in advancing CIB’s growth agenda by ensuring our offerings are effectively communicated, well-positioned, and distinct in a competitive market.

In this role you will:
- Lead the global marketing strategy for Global Trade Solutions, aligning with commercial growth objectives and identify and prioritise marketing opportunities for the proposition set.
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns for GTS products and services and collaborate on transaction banking wider initiatives whilst translating Trade capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions tailored to client needs and industry trends.
- Collaborate with Trade, Coverage, and Client Strategy teams to support product innovation and commercialisation efforts in addition to working with sector and segment marketing leads to ensure cohesive execution aligned with client priorities across industries and geographies.
- Develop insight-led content (whitepapers, product briefs, case studies, digital assets) to highlight the bank’s strengths in GTS and run targeted campaigns to drive product adoption and pipeline growth whilst collaborating with global communications and brand teams to enhance visibility around key themes such as international trade, tariffs and digital transformation.
- Develop insight-led content (whitepapers, product briefs, case studies, digital assets) to highlight the bank’s leadership in trade and GTS offering and articulate how we can meet our clients needs and run targeted campaigns to drive new GTS deal origination, increase GTS wallet share and penetration, build a profitable GTS portfolio, strengthen client relationships to be recognised as the clients’ GTS financial partner of choice.
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B financial services marketing with a focus on product marketing and/or Trade/Transactional Banking, within a global banking environment with a strong understanding of trade products and services.
- Proven success in executing go-to-market strategies that enhance product and client engagement with strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience in matrixed, global organisations.
- Ability to influence stakeholders across business and marketing functions.
- Strong analytical, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s in Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred
