We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Manager Sustainability Programme Delivery.
Sustainability is a rapidly evolving area and one of HSBC key strategic pillars, a number of programmes have been launched to ensure we progress at pace on key deliverables.
This role will support the Global Head of IWPB Sustainability and Inclusion to manage the delivery of key sustainability and financial inclusion programmes and initiatives.

In this role, you will:
•Oversee the delivery of strategic programmes with the overall business objectives of the banks
• Manage the execution of the requirements and spend and provide status reporting to Group Sustainability Transformation Office.
•Lead the establishment of clear timelines and roadmaps for implementation for programmes and initiatives.
• Report the progress of the delivery to the appropriate governance committees and forums
•Proactively identify risks associated with the delivery and escalate as needed through the existing governance.
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
• Prior experience of working within Sustainability is essential.
•Excellent project management/transformation management skills
• Strong understanding of CIB, Asset Management, Private Banking, Insurance and Wealth and Premier banking services and operations, with the ability to influence senior business leads.
• Proven track of delivery complex bank wide transformation programmes driving organizational change and adoption at a global scale.
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences, including senior management.
This role is based in London.
