We're currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Manager - Material Controls Delivery.

In this role you'll:

  • Direct and lead the development and execution of comprehensive road maps to meet regulatory obligations, collaborating closely with the broader division to ensure high-quality outcomes
  • Collaborate and engage with the Head of Material Controls Delivery by tracking programme status, managing dependencies, risks, and issues, and engaging effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of programme objectives
  • Prepare and deliver clear, targeted communications to ensure alignment and understanding of Material Controls Delivery initiatives across the division and wider leadership, tailoring messaging to address risks and issues for each stakeholder group
  • Identify, manage, and escalate issues to senior management and governance forums as required, ensuring effective resolution and maintaining a strong control environment
  • Navigate the adoption of our standards and methodologies, foster a ‘One Team’ culture across multi-location teams, and stay updated on internal and external regulatory developments to support continuous improvement and regulatory compliance


To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience of delivering highly complex regulatory and finance projects or programmes in a global financial or consultancy organisation
  • Experience coordinating across functions and business areas, driving clear governance and performance reporting
  • Robust understanding of the regulatory environment and standards with the ability to deliver road maps and ensure timely compliance
  • Knowledge and experience of either Organisational Development, Business/ Digital Transformation, Project Management, or Change Management
  • Experience working and managing globally dispersed teams and stakeholders, maintaining professional relationships and effective communication
